Knee clicking during squats
During squats using a weight around 95, my knee would click during the upward motion during the squats, I didn't really feel any pain.
I do have pain in them throughout the day, but that is from inflammation during running, have to run for the police academy. "Doctor" gave me some excuse about it being inflammation in my tibia.
Also, will squats possibly strengthen the muscles supporting my knee?

Most people's knees click a little if their form is not correct. Running also inflames most people's knees. Most doctors like running but not squats. Squats do strengthen the muscles that protect the knees, while running does not. Most doctors are not entitled to an opinion on exercise.

All I know is I blew my knee out pretty bad a few years ago...ended up waiting several years before I did anything about it and one day tore my meniscus bad and couldn't walk for 3 months. After surgery, which included a hamstring graft, my left leg had obviously atrophied pretty badly. I neglected rehabbing it properly and was plagued with knee pain, in both knees, ever since.
I went through a 3 month SS cycle at the beginning of the year, and had some knee pain for the first few weeks...I decided to trust the program, learned how to squat properly, and have had absolutely zero knee pain ever since.
