After thinking it through, I have decided I am still 100% in the Trump/Vance/Thiel/Wexner camp; I fully support his candidacy.

That being said, the probability we will end up in WWIII or a worse situation 4 years down the line is uncomfortably high.
The Reagan Amnesty did not grant aliens or their progeny citizenship; It merely gave them "residency" status, however the coountry experienced an irreversible sprint towards communism as a result.
If mass deportations do not happen within 4 years or legal immigration is increased to continue demographic replacement, we WILLL have communism; we just have it in 4-8 years instead of tomorrow.
It may well be a much more severe style of communism that we are in a worse position to fight against.

The strategy should be the same as for the Covid vaccine; we will continue to enthusiastically support Trump/Vance, but we will boo them whenever they speak of dragging their feet on immediate mass deportations or increasing legal immigration.

It's really cute you guys still believe in democracy and think that the next elected president, over the course of 4 years, is going to alter the course America is on or at least stabilise things or simply "buy some time" for your kids.

America as a nation IS headed towards a technocratic dystopia (brought to you by the patriotic, conservative JD Vance's Thiel network connections and Palantir Technologies). It's headed towards Balkanization. It's headed towards sectarian violence.

Constitutions are not magic, holy or even very clever. Haiti has a very nice constitution. They only work when the people of a nation all broadly share the same ideals and values, and those people are not totally uncivilised. The Founding Fathers did not, and COULD NOT, imagine that half of Africa would pour in when they wrote it up.

Boomers didn't steward the land. They simply did not care what would come after them. While they enjoyed hedonistic materialism, they gave America away. There's no way of "returning" to America of the 1980's, and voting for red or blue doesn't change anything. It's like allowing your kid to choose what colour sweater he can wear. Whatever he chooses, though, he's wearing a sweater.

It's not all depressing doom and gloom to admit this - it's rational.

The fix is really simple, though - side-step electoral politics.

Let's add censorship to that list; we need to boo Trump/Vance whenever they talk about the censorship of speech critical of israel.

Irrational hatred, for one of the two people who is going to be elected POTUS. I don't like the guy, and he's made too many stupid mistakes to have any confidence in him, but to the extent that it makes any sense to even vote in a national election, if you don't vote for Trump, what is your net effect? This is a thoroughly unsatisfactory situation we're in here, a true lesser-of-two-evils decision, and it may be the last time we do it if the whole thing goes off the rails, like it might actually do. I'm going to vote against these fucking communist Democrats by voting for the fool Trump. Because if the commies win, we won't get another chance.
    Don't vote for Trump!

    Vote for or against socialism
Vote for or against the first and second amendments
Vote for or against packing the supreme court and lawfare
Vote for or against maintaining the electoral college and preserving the Republic
Vote for or against open borders

I wish we had a perfect candidate to vote for, but we don't. In Arizona we also have to hold our nose and vote for Keri Lake- for all the same reasons. She is a Trump sycophant and will not help guide him in the right direction. I would vote otherwise but her opponent, (a fellow Marine veteran), Ruben Gallego is a Marxist and fellow traveler of Harris/Waltz. "Hawk Tuah"!

Is King Charles going to fix the London situation for you?

VDH is always clear: The Biden-Harris World Is Afire - Victor Davis Hanson

The world again wonders who is in charge, what they believe, who is a friend, and who is an enemy. Harris is busy trying to get elected on three premises: disowning her prior co-ownership of what was mostly a disastrous Biden term and certainly no recommendation for reelection; reinventing her affluent radical past and present as moderate and working-class; and keeping absolutely silent about any detailed agenda or policy plan for governance as president.

Our rivals and opponents abroad cannot decide which is better for their own anti-American agendas—a derelict and absent Biden-Harris or dealing with a cognitively challenged Biden and a linguistically loopy Harris?

So, again, who or what now governs America?

We've had commies winning since at least FDR, and probably longer. I've heard the "most importantist election ever" rhetoric my entire life. It just sounds retarded at this point. As long as this woman can vote, it is utterly meaningless.

The universal franchise itself was election rigging, and the 1965 immigration act was the nail in the coffin. "Voting" is just how the masses participate in the charade. It gives people the illusion that they have consented. In fact, our elite have been openly telling everyone it is a joke for a very long time:

The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country.

-from Propaganda by Edward L Bernays, 1928
Like I've said several times on this forum, the response to vaccine mandates was the most important vote people have participated in in their lives. That kind of voting is the only kind of voting that matters now. If there are no immediate personal consequences, it's just a show.

And have you ever noticed how the people who bitch and moan about anonymity on the internet never apply their logic to the anonymous ballot? That tells me that even a forum like this one is probably a better conduit for change than "voting".

There's an amazing 20 year old photo of financier Evelyn De Rothschild poking Charles in the chest and giving him a good talking to.

Point being, monarchical power doesn't exist in the modern age.

Similarly, electoral politics is a pantomime for the masses. It's an endless conversation about what has already been decided and implemented on your behalf. The guy you're voting for is an elderly New York real estate pig who believes you should be demographically replaced - but your replacements should just have the correct government paperwork in place.

Communists aren't running the show. Capitalism exists, but capital only seeks out growth at the expense of everything we once held dear, only benefiting the rootless cosmopolitans who control the direction of things via industry, especially finance, and the media.

At what point do you admit the processes and institutions which THEY GIVE YOU do not serve you.
