I would really appreciate it if you could take a look at my form videos.
First is the squat, I'm only doing 185 in the video, my usual workset is 215. I'll try and get a better quality video with actual work sets next week.

It looks like my knees are moving forward a little bit at the bottom, but I don't have a very experienced eye.
Heres my deadlift, only doing 225 in the video, next workset would be 285. Once again I'll try and get a better video next week with 285.

You're not doing anything grossly wrong in either SQ or DL. But it doesn't take an experienced coaching eye to look at a video and tell knees-moving-forward from knees-not-moving-forward.
