Sorry, I don't. The mechanics of a belt require a circumferential restriction, and any belt she wears is going to hurt if her appliance is in the wrong place.
My 22 year old daughter has a stomach pacemaker for gastroparesis. She has been on a rather extensive medical journey, (she has Ellers Danlos and had a J-tube for pump feeding for two years), but, she got her pacemaker almost a year ago and is weight restored, and healthier than she has been in a decade. After her pacemaker surgery, she asked what limitations she had and her surgeon said there is nothing that she can not do. For the last month or so she has been squatting and deadlifting again. The pacemaker is square and protrudes from her abdominal on the right side and a normal weight belt hurts. I’m wondering if you have any suggestions for a weight belt solution.

Thanks. It’s an obscure problem but I figured it was worth an ask.
Is the implant smaller diameter than a 3” belt? Could you maybe take a leather belt and put a hole in it where it sits over the pacemaker?
