Born in 1963, originally from NYC, worked as a religious scribe in Israel for over 20 years. Recently I opened up the only gym in our city (it's a small gym), and I'm the trainer (haha). I'm 5'9" 230 lb, 26%bf (54 yrs old - 2017). DL 210kg, Squat 160kg X3, Bench 110kg X5
