Calorie Thoughts with 25 percent BF
Age/Sex: 32 M
Training history: 1.5 months at SS Austin before covid started (first time doing barbell training). Finally got home gym equipment, but I didn’t follow the program well due to injury and getting covid. In total, about 6 months of suboptimal training.
Current weight and BF% estimate - 178, 24.8 percent (DEXA).
Stats: 95->260 squat; 60->125 OHP; 95->170 bench; 135->320 deadlift
Your question: Should I just commit to the program while eating around [3-4k calories] and worry about BF later?
