My goal is 2/3/4 on b/s/d by the end of my second NLP. I have been on 3500-4000 calories for the longest time without any change in bodyweight. ( Any change that did occur when I bumped up to 4000 seems to have been transient.)

I know it is hard to tell but do you think 5000 will be enough for someone like me?

Or maybe a better question is how much weight gain should I be aiming for per week? That way if I'm not hitting this I can immediately bump up by another 500 calories.

Thank you very much in advance!

Yes I have had to reset my squat and deadlift a few times and keep stalling at the same numbers (110kg squat, 140kg deadlift).

Height/Weight/Age? How are you programming those two now?
