    Good afternoon,

ROTC requires PT 3 days a week, MWF. Not sure of what programming will be but wanna be prepared. Lets assume its not a barbell program that consists of the five main lifts.

I'm going to still do The Program. My question is: Is there any reason that training on the same day I have PT or training the next day when I do not allow me to better manage stress-recovery?

As far as frequency, I tend to figure that out on my own. Maybe three days of strength training is too much and I go on to two. Maybe I try a HLM set up. However, if anyone has recommendations with frequency, I wouldn't mind the advice.

    Thanks,
    Devin

It’ll be running and calisthenics. PT in the mornings or afternoons?

In the mornings 6-7 AM. We’ll probably use the track on campus.

If possible, train on MWF evening. Allow TThFSS as full days of rest.

That should work, if any problems arise I’ll let you know. Or maybe I’ll just drink more milk.

    Thank you.
