Lifts
Squat: 50kg
Bench: 45kg
Deadlift: 60kg
Power Clean: 35kg
Press: 30kg
Been at it a month already, had a 3 week break and my strength has deteriorated, lost quite a few pounds of weight as out the rhythm I got into over the summer. Goal is 2 Stone by Christmas all being well, and 180-195lbs by the start of next summer.
Skinny guy obviously, always been that way, under-eating, haven't done any exercise regularly since I was 15/16 (20 now)....as a matter of interest I was about 130lbs around March, and that is the weight I had been at for a while.
My challenge is getting in the caloric surplus, GOMAD is great, even though I can only manage half of that currently, I'll slowly try 3 litres then 4, my diet is also ''good'' it's just the amount that holds me back, I also have issues getting quality sleep. These are all things I am trying to address, I know what I need to do, done a decent amount of research over the months. Now there is nothing more to do but to do it.
