Help identifying barbell

Wondering if anyone can lend assistance in identifying this bar, thinking of purchasing secondhand.

I noted - no center knurling, appears to have only 1 marking on one side of the bar (odd), pinned sleeve, (likely) brass bearings, owner said they couldn't identify any markings anywhere on the bar. However, looks to be in good shape with quality knurling.

York spin lock collars aesthetically appealing to me (added bonus, don't know if I'd actually use); didn't get my hopes up that bar was actually York too. Haven't seen it in person yet as it's not a short drive. Spent a couple hours today trying to pinpoint what it could be, and though I learned a lot about barbells (was fun ) I didn't get any closer to feeling like I know what this is.

Any help would be appreciated!
