    Cleans aka reverse curl from the gorund:

    Took 3 scoops of white flood and I was damn hella pumped! Can;t wait for chest/back tomorro!

    OK GUYs, change of plans.
    Im gunna Run that SS program that this board seems to be centered around. Supposedly, it can make me gain 40 lbs of lean muscle in 6 months! This is going to be awesome!!!
