Post a side vid. . . looks like maybe some hyperextension of the lower back at the end of the pull
I started working out again about 6 weeks ago and I've slowly gained strength. Hoping to get skinnier and stronger.
This was the last set I had and it was quite tough. I may need to drop a little weight so that I can "somewhat" get my shoulders straighter.
Let me know.
Michael
EDIT: So maybe I should have read the how to post in here before I posted. Side shot... not all black. I'll get a better video later this week. Sorry about that.

I will later this week for sure.
I see what you mean and I'll try to correct it too.

mwhities,
Have you thought about starting a log in one of the log sub-forums?
spiderman,
Yes, I have. I'm going to wait until I get a copy of SS. Right now I'm just doing a few workouts that I've had made for me in the past but, never really stuck to them. I'm hoping to order SS later today and get it here before Monday.
Thanks,
Michael
Congratulations, that's impressive. Does lifting off center like that cause any discomfort or pain?
Also, watch your toes.
Mostly just the pulling on the lower back. It's really weak right now and I doubt I'll pull that again for a bit. No injuries, just don't want one. Other than that, no discomfort or anything. I think to myself that I need to stand up more erect and not have my shoulder/torso so twisted. Just not sure if that's an option though.
Yes, the toes are something to watch out for. 90lbs+ does hurt a little.

Post the next vid to Rip's Q&A
I'll most likely post it tomorrow or Wednesday. I've been reading SSE3 book and I started today at getting my work sets. So, I MIGHT go back tomorrow and after I find my work set for deadlifts, I'll video the last set, or I might do the 225lbs for 8 again.
My first Starting Strength Log.
