o.m.g LexyD has a log.
Well well. took long enough to pop the SS log cherry! ......here we go.
Little background:
Was a gymnast and dancer through my teens, played Varsity lacrosse/tennis/squash, competed on a swim team and raced Sunfish sailboats during the summers. Physical activity was a constant since birth. Started lifting intensely in college and competed in a bodybuilding competition. Continued lifting after college. Met an extremely loud barker in the gym who scared me into SS and I haven't turned back since <3 Starting lifts were a 65 squat (post hip flexor injury), 95 bench, 120 deadlift, 55 press. Competed in first meet February 2014, 132 weight class.
Competition Lifts:
165 squat
135 bench
215 deadlift - failed the 225.
so that's the started from the bottom now we here...7 weeks post competition
Current PRs:
160x4 squat
130x4 bench
225x4 deadlift
Next Competition: July 2014. Got some big goals in my head. Leggggooo
Started a new block of training this week - consists of competition lifts working up to an RPE9 5 reps, 4-6% fatigue back off sets and similar protocol for supplemental lifts. Conditioning and GPP 2x per week.
Let the logs begin!
