Got a nice upper back workout yesterday from those heavy ass leg presses while holding on to the handle on the sides. I'm liking it much more than squats. My legs are super sore.

If we're being super real, leg presses are probably at least the equal of squats in terms of making your leg muscles grow. There is a reason why they're a staple in most bodybuilders' routines.
