How many cals do you guys eat a day?
What the title says. For those of you who are still making linear progress, are trying to "bulk" or "gain weight" or whatever you want to call it, and actually somewhat monitor your food intake - how many cals do you eat?
Just curious.

I try to eat around 3500 calories a day with a protein count of around 350 or so. Almost no starchy carbs and lots of coffee. I weigh around 232.

Wait, you're trying to gain? Maybe I'm wrong, but from lurking I thought you were trying to lose fat... Maybe I'm confusing you with someone else.
-
Not trying to gain. 3500 is a good number whilst training.
-
I eat 3000-3500ish, depending on the day. 1000 of that comes from milk.
When I was skinny, I was eating close to 5, maybe 5500 cals a day. Now that I've filled out, I've cut back.

3500-4000 calories per day, at least 250g Protein (I could stand to up this), some carb and plenty of fat. I weigh in between 215 and 220 lbs. At this intake, I'm slowly leaning out while training heavy.

i used to eat around 3000 calories but since i need to gain weight, im getting 5500 calories a day, including the milk
-
Used to be 5000 whilst doing GOMAD.
This week i've calmed it down, to 2 glasses of milk + lots of meat and veggies. Trying to get to 3000-35000. Weight is 204lbs.

aim for at least 3000 (but havent eaten more than 3.5 in months), seems to keep my weight stable and I can still add to my lifts
6'2 216lbs

I was eating 3,500 - 4,500 per day when I was bulking from 140 up to ~200 over a period of about 6-7 months. After that I leveled off and have been eating roughly 3,000-3,500 on most days maintaining between 205-215lbs BW for the past couple years.
