Thanks for video. As a solo lifter, I chalk up the bar so that after my squat work out I can assess my load. As an old fart I tend to start high and then stretch into correct position right before work set. Your video is a great self-help aid.

Very good video. Another old guy here and I am fortunate to have a rack at home for my workouts but for this low bar positioning I wish I had a coach on site because I am doing something fundamentally wrong and can't figure it out.
