    Default Conditioning work

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    What conditioning work can I run along side lifts and boxing, just to get BF% down ?

    Currently doing full body working 2x a week, with boxing 2-3x most weeks (mostly just for fitness) but depends how busy I am with college and work etc

    I have seen a few people mention article's about prowler / sled work , but am not sure where to locate them :S

    Sorry to be a pain, appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction.
