    Hi guys
Been like a month since I posted, so I would love to hear any tech critiques and advices considering the squat.
Is the lumbar extension ok?(no relaxation?)
Is the depth and hip drive fine?

This is my last work set, was 107.5KG(around 240 I guess), was pretty easy.

Thank for the comments and effort I really appreciate it!

Your knees are sliding forward at the bottom, and you are goodmorning-ing the weight.

Why are you rocking on your feet?

As mentioned already, knees sliding forward. Keep your knees out hard. And I'm not sure rocking back before each rep will help. Otherwise depth and hip drive look good to me.

Well about the feet, I got to a point when I had to lift the toes up so that I would keep the weight on my entire foot, I was collapsing forward on the bottom and I had 0 hip drive, I had tons of problems and I simply had to use that method. It seems that I keep on doing that on the start of each rep. out of a bad habit, I will try to keep my feet flat on the ground in the next workout.

About the knees, I have already tried the "block of wood a few inches in front of the knee" method, it helped a lot, but it seems that on my PRs(no B.O.W obviously) my knees always slide slightly forward.

About the way up, it might look as a small GM because of my body composition, but if I lift my chest up a bit more my hip drive usually dies and I can hardly come up out of a 225 warmup in an effective way, feels like pushing the floor(like when DDling)
