I've never received any coaching on my lifts but from this forum. I want to maximize LP, and I know proper technique is the key to doing so. Admittedly, I've never filmed my press before making it a little weird to watch; similar to hearing one's own voice.

Anyway, I'm eager to see how I can improve my form on this lift. I'm all ears.
