    Default Squat and deadlift critique

Hey coach, just wondering if I could get some feedback on my squats and deadlifts. Sorry to say I got greedy on the deadlifts when I really shouldn't have tried a third rep Also, I've found that keeping the bar off my shins gives me more hip drive at the top of the deadlift. Does this make any sense? Thanks for your help, it's great having you around!

Squats are of the normal knees-dropping-forward variety, with looking up thrown in for good measure. Can't tell about the deadlift bar position from this angle. You are pretty strong, and will get stronger with better form.

thanks coach. Just to make sure I understand what to do: sit back, more hip drive and stop squatting in front of a mirror?
Sorry about the angle for the deads. Would a side view be better?
