    Default Bar Position

    Merry Xmas coaches!

I had not taken videos from my squats in a while; so sad i did now when i have detrained the squat quite a bit. I have always wondered if my bar position is too high. I have tried lower and the bar always starts to roll downwards during the set. I wonder if i do need to figure out a way to set it lower though; maybe much lower than what i tried (last time i played with bar positioning was a year ago or more. a couple of weeks ago i screwed up the bar position and put it a bit lower than this and the bar was moving).

    Thanks for the help!

This makes it less likely we will respond. It's a no-no as described in the sticky.

Just in case the OP has missed Rip's responses:
