    Hi Mark,

    I've decided to post a video if my squat because I am not sure it's ok. It is done with a relatively light weight (200lbs), but that's all I've got now. Battery died after that video

    Standard deal, leg press with the bar on your back. See the many previous posts regarding this problem.

    I detect a tiny bit more hip drive, but these 3 are high, and you're still letting your knees slide forward a little.
