    • starting strength seminar december 2024

    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    Hey Mark,
    Obviously guys with bigger bones are going to be potentially bigger than a man with relatively smaller bones.

    With that in mind, what's a reasonable upper limit to aim for for a guy who's 6ft tall and has a 6.5" wrist?

    Don't know if it's accurate though. I'm also 6' tall, with 6.5" wrists (8" ankles) and apparently my max weight at 10% BF is 198 lbs.
