    Default used my ass today

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    I feel like I finally learned to use my ass squatting. Feels good man.

    But I also felt that while I got a 5/5/4, the first set was hard as hell, and form broke down a bit in the last set and started to engage my quads too much there and not enough hamstrings and adductors. Feels bad man.

    Should I back down to a bit lower weight or should I continue?

    How does one realize when their quads are doing the work? Not doubting you just curious

    arent your quads supose to take over on the way up after pararrel?

    Stand up from your chair using only quads.

    Now do it while squeezing your glutes and hamstrings as well.

    Which was easier?
