    Hi Coach,

I recently hit a wall on the squats - the type that you describe in PP where only 1 rep can be accomplished on the work set. This happened quite unexpectedly as the previous work out I noted that I was feeling strong and good for 5 more lbs next time.

Next workout I did only the warmup sets, and second workout I did one work set at 90% of the previous weight of the 5-rep working set. It was hard, so I guess I need more need rest (or more food). But what i don't understand is why the movement seems alien to me now. It's as if I've forgotten how to squat.

    Why is this?

    thanks
    sw

It's possible that you've been eating and sleeping so poorly that your perception of the movement has taken a decidedly negative turn. Take a week off, try the reset again, and during the time off eat and sleep. You fool.
