The title of this one more accurately reflects my life long goals which will be supported by my training for and competition in Powerlifting, Weightlifting and who-knows-what-else-meets.
I competed in my first PL meet almost two weeks ago in the Female 165# weight class, Pure Unequipped Division, I'm 5'11". My numbers were:
Squat:
3rd 117.5kg (259.04#)PR
BP:
3rd 67.5kg (148.81#)PR
DL
3rd 142.5kg (314.16#)PR
It was good times all in all. I was extremely happy to hit PRs for all lifts. Since then, I've basically just been dicking around/deloading/waiting to attend the SS Coaches Association Conference.

Anyway, I'm going to try and squeeze some more out of LP. I'm going to adjust the volume on the squat and, based on how this week goes, perhaps adjust the volume on the other lifts as well.
