Define "shoulder." Where exactly are you bruising? Also, video would be of use.
So my power cleans have reached the 170lb mark and this is starting to happen. It doesn't hurt a whole lot, although it seems to happen only on the third rep of the set, not the first reps, making me think it's a technique issue. Or is this just something that happens when you power clean? Any ideas why it might be happening?
I'll post a form check if necessary but hopefully there might be some ideas just based on the bruising.

You may be catching the bar a little too low, or maybe you have a bar crash issue. Video would tell us for sure.
