Deadlift (bar moving around knees)
How can I make the bar go straight up? I've been struggling with this for a while now, the bar always tends to go around the knees a little bit when going up.
- I'm leg pressing the world away
- Pushing belly in-between thighs
- Making sure the bar is over mid foot.

Make your knees go back as the bar comes off the floor.
