Uploading for my wife (with permission!) who is having some difficulty at the 55kg/121lb mark.

On this set failed on rep 5 and any pointers on what can be corrected really appreciated.

I don't feel qualified to critique her form, but programming wise, she might want to consider switching from 3 X 5 to 5 X 3 as is recommended for females at some point.

In my case, I did this when my squat reached 1 X BW (about 115lbs at the time), in conjunction with using smaller jumps (2.5lbs).

Bar placement is high and that’s leading to some balance issues.

The above two comments are correct. Also the safeties need to be set higher so the bar will travel less distance in the event of a failed rep

Check out this thread, Pierre-Henry was putting the bar in the same position as you. We are working on it: Squat form check

Thank you all for comments, a helpful thread on Pierre-Henry's issues and we have been back to the videos by Rip on bar position.

If you have thoughts on if the bar is now in the right position once again appreciated. She is still having some difficulty with keeping the wrists straight but finds that the bar is locked into position better.

    Picture and video taken today.

Bar position could be a bit lower with straighter wrists.

Fix her knees/depth before worrying about her wrists. Her knees are constantly travelling forward into the bottom. The knees need to be set half way down while reaching back with her hips.

Cutting off the depth a 1/2 inch will help to stop the knees from moving forward at the bottom.
