Hi all. I'd appreciate some feedback on my presses.

I made a post on Sept 2 and received some good feedback: Press - form check

I moved my grip in a bit inward, tried to keep my elbows more forward, spread my stance and tried to time the hip rebound at the end of my breath (not successfully yet I think).
This was my hardest session yet at 137.5 lbs.

I think regarding the hip rebound, I need to put in more practice with that. I also realise I've cut my feet from the video...next time....

    Any feedback greatly appreciated.

    Hi Radnor,

With the hips action, it looks like you are associating this with a leaning back from your shoulders.

Change you focus to keeping your upper torso braced and driving your hips FORWARD.

Go over the video guide on Press on Youtube to get a good look at the movement of the hips.

In addition to Johnston's powerful advice, consider not exhaling in any fashion until you have returned the bar to the start position.

Ok Coach. I will re-review the videos.
