I can't tell if my lower back is rounding too much, or if it's borderline acceptable.

I basically always "forget" to keep it tight during the pull. The first rep of the second vid is ok, I think, but you can see that I just let it go in subsequent reps.

    Anything else?

There is significant and I think not safe back rounding in all the reps.

Same thing happens to me. I have "reset" my damn deadlift so many times now that I've basically been stalled for a year or so now, with little ups and downs along the way.

If I saw that much rounding at the very lowest part of my back then I would definitely reset. It doesn't look safe.

Rob, that doesn't look so difficult for you that you can't make a better effort to set and lock in your back position. So stop forgetting and start doing it. And lock out your reps, damnit.

I'm not sure why I wasn't locking out today. I'm worried about overextending and injuring myself. Ironic, I guess, given the rounding.

I'll work on it. Thanks, folks.

You roll the damn bar forward during your set up. And then the bar path isn't perfectly vertical.

I roll the bar forward because when I set up it's too far back over my shoe. By the time I'm done moving it back and forth, it's where it should be over my mid-foot. Unfortunately, you cannot see this in the video. The bar bath is a little wonky at the top because that's when I straighten my slacked lower back.

You're critiquing an irrelevant part of the video. If you look at my form right before I start to pull, everything is in order.
