    Default Elbow pain after every workout in both arms

    Starting about two or three weeks ago I began experiencing elbow pain after every work out in both arms. This morning the pain started almost immediately during my first set of squats when getting into the proper start position. I was able to power through, but after a few sets of press, and a set of deadlift the pain is relatively high. After my work out I iced for 20 minutes, which usually brings some relief, but it has had no effect today. Is this most likely a problem with my technique? Or just a side effect of making strength gains? Is it safe for me to continue adding weight and powering through? Thank you all for your advise and help.
