    Weight 113kg (yep, fatty)
    Height 5'8

    Starting slow and low thanks to a lower back injury. Started SS with pulldowns instead of cleans, concerned about the 'explosiveness' for my lower back. Looking to integrate them next week.

    Note the random times and dates. Gotta love shift work.
