I'm not certain this is from arthritis until I see a Dr. But I have had problems with it for a few years. Usually I can work through it but my thumb failed me last session and continues to hurt. Besides pain relievers and massage what have you tried? Moreover, I wonder if there are ways to determine whether this is arthritis or something else.

I've sent a note. I thought about checking in at urgent care but I'll wait until Monday or Tuesday. If it has something to do with my squat stretches and my inability to get my hands behind a straight bar I will stop the stretching so I can focus on the Deadlift. It's an easy choice.
