If this gets too weird, I'll have to delete it.
Hey Mark,
I have both SS and PP, love them both. My only problem is that I didn't have them 20 years ago. Is it possible for you to reimburse me for all the time I wasted? I take personal checks... with I.D. of course.
Anyhoo, have you seen this. http://youtube.com/watch?v=KaJ1dua5Qms
Will you be writing a book on this type of training soon?

cute top. Do they make them for men?
I static deadlifted 1000lbs using this method. It was awesome.
This is hilarious. I started watching the video and immediately thought 'That looks like some typical Japanese shoebox piece of shit apartment. Is this f*g actually in Japan?'
Look down to the comments and what do I see?
'Over here in Japan the shipping costs are difficult to eat ....'
My room is not much bigger and the owners would probably have a heart attack if they saw the real power rack and Olympic barbell and weights sitting in there.
Is this the Oxymoron Training Program? Because I'm having a hard time understanding why exercises on an isometric machine would be called "Explosive".
At least Arthur Jones would be happy about 1 set of 1 rep per exercise though, lol.
first, i agree with the OP. wish I had discovered SS 10 years ago when i first thought about weight training. or 15 years ago when i was still in high school and didn't think i could train and get strong. thanks rip for writing these books, and doing this forum.
second, i have to nominate 4:50-5:10 as the best part of this video. i watched the whole thing so the rest of you wouldn't have to. you're welcome!
Fuck, I knew I missed something. Rip, how do I train my toes?
That may be my favorite exercise video ever, possibly replacing even this one:
