Training after being sick.
Hello Mark.
In PPST (or is it Starting Strength?) you mention that if a trainee is coming back after a short layoff (5-6 workouts), he should try and repeat his last workout.
Does it change somehow with the training level of the person or with the fact that the reason of the layoff was sickness?

Works the same for any short layoff, unless an injury changes the situation.
