What is your take on cardio?
I do 2 sessions weekly. 20 minutes each on elliptical. Burning about 340 calories.
I weight 169. gained 15lbs on your routine in 4 months.
Should I keep up my 2 cario days or x them?

I don't like doing Long, Slow Distance for "cardio". It's not really cardio, and it interferes with strength production for reasons well explained elsewhere.
