Hi. I've been training for just over two years. I had been following the 5x5 program, but after realizing my error I have now switched to 3x5. My main issue is deadlift form.
Current stats:
Squat - 325lb single (275 5x5)
Deadlift - 335lb single (295x5)
Bench - 240lb single (210 3x5)
OHP - 175lb single (135 5x5)
Bodyweight - 192lb
Future goals are strength increase, body fat reduction and olympic programming. I'll be posting some videos for technique advice. Thanks for viewing.

Set a new DL PR: 315x5

So I was sick and took a week.
Been repping DL at 315 or 4x8 at 275. Last time I squatted 275 (yesterday) I only managed 6 reps. But I know I can crank out at least 8 on a good day.
Bench is feeling mediocre. I could only get 225 up for a couple of reps, but I did a set of 5 with 80lb dumbbells recently. Slowly working up to 90.
