it kicks ass, but what kicks more ass, Rip, is when you add your info as well.

Things like the guy who did power cleans as a warm up prior to his DLs, etc.

I am surprised by the number of comments about the 5 seconds of intro/outro music. Just so you children will know, this is production package stuff that is usable without royalty paid, and makes the process cheaper and less complicated from a legal standpoint. Just imagine that Pantera is making their typical noise during these short periods of time and you'll be able to get through the experience without significant trauma.
