Abnormal LFT
Rip,
I recently had an elevated liver function test on my most recent check up with my PCP. My ALT was abnormal at 76 (6-60U/L normal). I usually have my labs checked every year and this is the first time it has been elevated. The reason I ask is while researching on line I have seen it stated that it can be elevated due to "strenuous exercise". Just wondering if anyone else on the forum or you have seen this. I did have a recheck which is pending just in case it is a lab error.
A little background. 43 y/o and healthy. Have been strength training on/off for a couple of years. Currently in week 7 of TM. Last 5RM SQ 320lbs, DL 350, BP 235, OHP 150 and PC 140. I'm 5'6" about 185lbs.
Thanks
Steve
