What's up ladies and gents.

Just starting out with my training log and looking to post on a more active forum than the UK one I use.

Will fill this up with more info when the time comes, but here's some basic stuff for now.


height - 6'4
weight - 98 kg / 215 lbs

Current PRs:

Squat - 145 kg / 320 lbs
Bench - 110 kg / 242.5 lbs
Deadlift - 240 kg / 530 lbs

Currently training for my next comp (nov 21) and battling my PhD thesis and some knee problems that are bugging me. Needless to say i have constant squat problems due to ridiculously long femurs, so im trying to deal with that.


Tonights training session was 1x20 squats 107.5 kg / 237 lbs, then some singles up to 130 kg / 285 lbs

then finished with bench, 10x3 97.5 kg / 215 lbs (last week of smolov jr). testing my max again on sunday
