Deadlift form check
Hello,
I have troubles with the deadlift. It seems that i can't keep my back straight in the movement. I tried various lengths between barbell and shin, i tried lowering the hips more but nothing seems to be working.
Can somebody help me correct this flaw?
Here is a video of my form:

Thank you.

It doesn't seem like you're familiar with our material on the subject.
Regarding how to set up and pull the bar off the floor: http://startingstrength.com/resource...ad.php?t=38978
Regarding that all-important Step 4, squeezing chest up and making the wave of extension go all the way down to the lumbar: http://startingstrength.com/index.ph...sition_control
Also, are those standard size plates? It's hard to say from here, but they look a bit small.

The plates are actually ~35cm. Is there something i can do to compensate the missing height?
(i have tried putting plates beneath the bar but is not very practical).

Find something to put them on to get to the standard height. Rubber mats work well.

I used two plates to increase the height and i tried to set my back during the whole time.

Am i now walking on the right path?

I have to ask what you're using to record your sets. It plays almost like old school movie film reels from the 40's or something.
Anyway, it looks like the plates you were using in this more recent set were of standard size, which means they don't need to be placed on top of something to come to the standard height.
Your back position is much better, but you're levering the bar off the floor with your back. First thing that happens off the floor is the knees extend to initiate the movement. Think about "push your feet into the floor" to start the pull, which will allow you to drag the bar up your legs without having to pull it around your still-extended knees, as you're doing here.

I'm sorry for the video quality, it's from a tired evo 3d.
The plates are approximately 42 cm that's why i used the plates beneath them.(those are definitely bigger from the previous).
I have noticed some irregularity in my form but i couldn't detect it. I will fix my knee issue and next time i will post the perfect deadlift.
Thank you for your time.
