    Hi, was hoping you could critique my press. Not sure if I'm getting enough hip at the start.

    Your wrists are in full extension, which is not ideal. I would straighten them out. If you are trying to do the Olympic press, your hips are not moving at all. Are you trying to do the Olympic press?

    I am attempting Press 2.0, based on your question unsuccessfully. I will work on straightening my wrists and actually getting the hip movement at the start. Thank you for your feedback.

    Yeah, reach forward with the hip, bounce, and drive the bar overhead.
