Began a 4 month run of ss and progressed to intermediate program.
Went to performance menu style for a month.
I then talked with Gant and participated in Gant hybrid style workout in February of which i completed 16 weeks.
During ss through performance menu was at 220-225 bodyweight
after hybrid went to 195.
Now I am Back to SS to gain strength-weight for rugby (burned out on martial arts).
I am now 220 and am going to incorproate 10 to 15 minute met-con.
Tire drag hopefully will facilitate more powerful crushing ability.
No weight loss as there are some large dudes looking to crush me.
I have my diet dialed in.

It would be best to vary your sets/reps/distance/tempo about 2x/week. Titrate your exposure so that you get recovered.
