Acceptable Form Breakdown
Hey Coach,
So it looks like I'm getting pretty near to the completion of your novice program and as such, squats have become really hard.
What is an acceptable level of form breakdown for a really hard max set? I believe you said in Starting Strength I would need an experienced coach to tell me that - Do you have any rules of thumb I can use?

That would be hard to quantify. What does 10% breakdown really mean anyway?
