    Default 535 sleeves only squat

The final heavy lifts of my starting strength meet preparation are in the books. I was very happy to hit a 535 squat in only knee sleeves. During this training cycle I also managed a 625 deadlift, and a 250 strict overhead press.

Are we cross-posting from our logs to the training section now? Anyway, good luck to everyone competing this month.

Seems pretty appropriate to post a PR to the training section doesn't it? I was proud of that squat and my training log contains the rest of the week.

Weighing either the 220 or 242 class.

Have you seen anyone else do that here? Logs are the place for this info. Cross-posting is generally bad forum etiquette anywhere you go on the web. And although I'm sorry to say this I can't help but wonder if you created this thread because you didn't get the attention you sought in your log.

You gotta branch out man. All your posts are about you. Those are good lifts at any bodyweight. And you seem to know this. I bet people would like to hear what you have to say on other topics being discussed in these forums. Maybe give someone else a pat on the back yamsayin?

I told him this very thing in his log. FWIW, I agree with you all around on this.
