    Default Squat check - progress?

    Thought I'd start new thread for a fresh chapter of my abysmal squat progress, continued from the ones below...

    So I've fixed knees and hips going back on the start of the ascent (at least partially and I now know what I'm aiming for!) but has this messed up some other stuff? Is my torso too vertical, in a high bar fashion?

    This weight also seems heavier now, I was squatting 115kg few weeks back, now 80kg feels heavy! I guess this may be because I've eliminated the good morning from my squat?
