    Hello again kind strangers,

    I've just filmed myself squatting again (it feels less weird the second time).

    This is the third of three sets at 80kg (176 lbs) (and my 6th SS workout).

    What can I do better?

    Pretty good. Watch your wrists on the bar. If you carry it in your hands, you'll hurt your elbows.

    Other than the wrists. Add 10 pounds and buy some proper shoes.
