Knee problems
So after hurting my knees doing squats, I found out that im not shoving my knees out. I cant shove my knees out perfectly without the bar, but when I use the bar I cant seem to get them out like I can without the bar.
And I don't know if I have a problem with my knee because my right knee wobbles on the way up, i've been trying so hard to keep them out on the descent and the ascent. It's about time I ask and see what the problem is.

When you "use the bar" how much weight is on it? Perhaps this may be germane to your problem.
