    Hey Coach,

Can you please take a look at my squat?

I was told I lean forward too much, but I am having a hard time trying to squat any other way especially because I am supposed to be looking down at a 45 degree angle. If you have any tips I would really appreciate it.
    Thanks.

Other than a tendency to lock out your knees before your hips (this should be simultaneous), these squats are essentially textbook. The people who told you that you lean forward too much need to hire you to train them. This, of course, will not happen.

Well that is quite a relief. Took a long time haha.

I was told that when the weight gets heavy I won't be able to get out of the hole with that form; was also told that by leaning forward so much I am deceptively losing depth. Any thoughts on that? The person who was helping me out is a powerlifter-- perhaps the form is significantly different?

Is the locking out my knees before my hips causing me to go lower than I have to? How can I fix that?
    Thanks.

Hip drive is facilitated by your good back angle. Again, you may have been told wrong. And the knee/hip thing is happening at the top, and thus has nothing to do with your depth.
